How to use Moniri® Nasal Wash?

• Dissolve 1 teaspoon of salt into 1 liter or distilled or boiled water.

• Cool down the saline solution and fill the Moniri® Nasal Wash.

• Stand slightly bent with the head tilted over a bathroom sink.

• Press thew button and let the saline solution flow from one nostril to the other.

• Repeat the procedure on the opposite side. Use a tissue to blow out any remaining saline solution.
